Our La Lampara Restaurant, in Gizzeria in the province of Catanzaro, is led by Carlo Crialesi and managed by Wanda Rosato. A winning duo who manage to enhance the exceptional raw material of our territory, i.e. the sea. One of our specialities is the appetiser which bears the name of our restaurant: a rich selection of hot and cold dishes, which follow the freshness of seasonal products. Among these we have: breaded anchovies, mixed fries, mussels, gratin oysters, spatula fillets, octopus salad, salmon bruschetta, fish balls, marinated prawns, and much more.
The sea is on the table and our selection of first courses on the menu also proves this. These include seafood spaghetti and seafood risotto, penne with scampi and farfalle with prawns and spinach. It doesn’t end there: we suggest you ask for any off-menu and original specialities of the day.
Our wine list includes a rich selection of Calabrian and national labels. Sparkling wines and champagnes such as Ferrari and Moët & Chandon can’t be missing.
